Jason Averbook is a global thought leader, keynote speaker, author, and future of work visionary on human resources, digital experience, and workforce technology. Currently a Senior Partner and Global HR Transformation Leader at Mercer, Jason has spent three decades advising executives, HR; people functions, and technology solution providers. He also drives Mercer’s global Generative AI strategy and services, spearheading innovative solutions across the HR technology landscape.
Jason has personally guided more than 1,000 HR transformations and deployments for some of the largest, most prestigious organisations in the world. He is the accomplished author of two books illustrating innovative approaches to HR, workforce experience, and digital transformation. From 2018 to 2023, Jason co-founded and served as CEO of Leapgen, a consultancy committed to helping organisations shape the digital workplace. Endurance Strategy Canvas:
Teams will map transformation blockers, enablers, and priority focus areas to build organizational muscle.
MODULE 02
Leadership Equation Workshop:
Apply the formula (mindset + heartset + skillset + toolset) to real leadership challenges. Identify where your “muscles” are strongest or need training.
AI + Human Collaboration Role-Play:
Practice real-life teaming scenarios across HR, operations, and business functions, simulating collaboration between AI systems and human decision-makers.
Pivot Plan Sprint:
Each participant designs a personal and team-level pivot plan using a structured template focused on leading through continuous change.
Reframe fatigue into fitness using a strengths-based leadership approach.
Learn to build human + machine collaboration practices that are empowering, not overwhelming.
Develop a personal “pivot plan” to enable resilience, agility, and alignment during disruption.
Understand how to lead with empathy and precision in fast-changing environments.
